I’m glad I found someone who makes me happy, said Hansika. We’ve come a long way. Sohael said he’s excited about their future together and that they’re both excited to share their love story with all of us.

He’s my world, I’m his world, she added. We’ve always wanted a family, we know how to create one so it’s not difficult for us, he says. We know how to give and take.

I believe marriage is not only about you anymore but your spouse too, says Hansika. The person you marry must complement your life. For me, entrepreneur Sohael Khaturiya was everything I was looking for.

He has already established himself in the industry and has a lot of knowledge about what I do.

He also believes in me and has invested heavily into my career to help catapult me ahead.

It helps him when people associate his brand with mine because it gives him more customers, which helps him grow even more.

Hansika had previously worked under various banners such as Balaji Films or Red Chillies Entertainment before finally settling under Sohael’s banner (Avant) last year; Entrepreneur Sohael Khaturiya himself was aware that hiring an established star like Hansika would open up doors for him as well.

Love blossomed while they were ‘just friends’

It was love at first sight when they met at a friend’s party in 2011 and there was no looking back ever since. They became friends, started hanging out and realized that they had a lot of things in common.

When their bond strengthened, Hansika decided to take the plunge and asked him out on a date and the rest is history. As it turns out, both were waiting for the right person to come along and they knew it each other from day one.
